After much thought and conversation, The Carolina Casuals have decided to move on to bigger things, so this Saturday, September 13 at Pamlico Community College and October 3 at the Seafood Fest will our last two formal gigs. If you have not reserved your tickets for the Rufus Brinson Dinner/Dance at Pamlico Community College, make sure to do that now!!! The Casuals are excited about the awesome show we have put together for both of these great events!

On a personal note, I want to say thank you to the boys in the band for a great musical journey over the last almost 5 years! Carl Rowe, Tom Janyssek, Steve Long, Chris Kling, Dave Falardeau, Jim Durham, Kevin Purifoy, and Mitch Martin: you guys rock! I am a better musician and better person for having been a part of the family! To our early brothers who got us off the ground, my hero Buddy Rice, my BFF for life Bill Copeland, my main old man who smells funny Dan Jones, to my bass player for life, Keith Simmons, and most of all my brother that I miss everyday John Tomaio: thank you for being a part of my life and for being the foundation of the past 5 years.

To our fans, you are the best!!! We have been so blessed to share our gifts with you and feel the love you have returned to us! But do not despair as many of our group are moving to even better musical projects and you will still be able to enjoy the amazing talent these guys have! And who knows....The Casuals may always have a reunion tour one day!!!! Hey...worked for the Eagles, right?
We love you all and hope to see you at either or both of our upcoming gigs!
God bless!! Love ya...mean it!
